Kristina Zufall is an LPC-intern supervised by Amy Rollo, LPC-S. Kristina received her master's of education in counseling at the University of Houston and her bachelor's of science in psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She has extensive experience in working with serious mental illness, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression and schizophrenia. Kristina has training in mental health first aid and suicide intervention strategies. Additionally, she has completed Gottman Method Level 1 couples counseling training. She enjoys working with children, teens, and adults and employs a person-centered approach. She also utilizes techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy as appropriate for the individual.
